The Mission of the ICD

The International Council of Delaware (ICD) is an advisory and informational group whose mission is to promote international education, arts, culture and tourism in the State of Delaware. Funded through the Office of Management and Budget, International Trade and Development, ICD activities forge the critical link between its mission and Delaware's international competitiveness.
