The Global Catalyst Foundation initiates and supports small-scale projects that harness information and communication technologies to empower communities and bring diverse individuals and groups into closer communication. We support projects and organizations that (1) bring sustainable technology access to under-served communities, (2) develop content to serve these communities, and (3) provide training in effective implementation. Our priorities include respecting people and their ideas, partnering with others, acting entrepreneurially, measuring the impact of our work, learning from our work and the work of others, bringing diverse individuals and groups into dialogue and promoting successful programs to bring them to scale.
